Jason Diley is the Director of Operations for Ohio Extreme as well as an assistant coach for Ohio Northern University. Diley returns to the area with a wealth of experience training elite-level youth with the North Meck Soccer Club in Cornelius, N.C. He began his coaching career there in 2005. A 2003 graduate of Ohio Northern with a bachelor’s in journalism, Diley was also a four-year varsity letterwinner for the Polar Bear soccer team (1999-2002). In his senior campaign, Diley was an Academic All-OAC and Academic All-District selection, and was a member of the 2000 conference championship squad. Diley is a native of Edinboro, Pa., and currently lives in Lima with his wife Kristen. Brent Ridenour is the head coach of the Ohio Northern University men’s soccer program. He led the Polar Bears to their first Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournament Title and the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006. Under Ridenour, Ohio Northern has reached the OAC Tournament ten times in thirteen seasons. His teams have won the OAC regular season championship four times (2000, 2003, 2006, 2009) and the OAC Tournament three times (2006, 2008, 2010). Ridenour was named the OAC Coach of the Year two times (2003, 2006) and the Ohio Division 3 Coach of the Year once (2008).Ridenour's 2008 team won the OAC Tournament and made it to the NCAA Elite 8, and finished the season ranked 11th in the nation. He has more wins in ONU history than any other men's soccer coach. He is also ONU’s all-time career goal scorer for the men’s soccer program, scoring 56 goals in his four years. A four-time All-Conference player, Ridenour is also the school’s all-time career points leader with 125. In 2007, Ridenour was inducted into ONU's Athletic Hall of Fame. Aaron Collins, Goalkeeper Trainer/Head Coach Aaron Collins has played and coached soccer since he was 5. He has been involved in high level club and college soccer his entire career. Aaron grew up playing for Team Dayton SC until he joined Ohio Thunder SC in high school and helped lead them to 5 Ohio South State Cup titles, a Regional Championship and a National Runner-Up. He also participated and played for ODP Ohio South State team for 6 years. Aaron started his college career at The University of Cincinnati before transferring to Ohio Northern where he won two conference titles and helped lead the team to the NCAA Elite 8. Aaron joined the Ohio Extreme SC staff in 2009 and is also the Director of Ohio Extreme Juniors for the club. Heather Foust, Head Coach Heather Foust has been playing and coaching soccer since the age of 5 and has played club soccer all over the Midwest. Heather is a former player and graduate of Elida High School. She coached in the Bath youth soccer program for five years and has obtained her NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma. Heather joined the Ohio Extreme SC coaching in 2009. Brian Geren, Head Coach Brian Geren has been playing and coaching soccer for over 20 years. He grew up in the Lima area and started his travel soccer career with the Greater Lima Youth Soccer Club. Brian played for Elida High School where he was a four year varsity player. Brian’s coaching career began when he started coaching his children in the St. Mary’s youth soccer program and joined the Ohio Extreme SC coaching staff in 2010. Jason Hoehn, Head Coach Jason Hoehn was a Lima area stand out at Shawnee High School where he was named 1st team Western Buckeye League. Jason has been coaching boys and girls of all ages for close to 20 years. Jason joined the Ohio Extreme SC coaching staff in 2010. Lamar Houston, Head Coach Lamar Houston was a Lima area stand out as he played for Lima Senior and Ohio Northern University. Lamar has been involved in youth soccer at Bath for several years and was recently named the Head Coach of Girls Soccer at Allen East High School. Lamar joined the Ohio Extreme SC coaching staff in 2009. Mark Mahlmeister, Head Coach Mark Mahlmeister has been playing and coaching since the age of 5 years of age. Mark was a member of the first travel soccer club team in Lima Ohio. Mark later played soccer in the Florida Sun Coast Soccer League in the 90’s. After moving back to Ohio he has been coaching youth programs for last four years. In that time he has received his NSCAA Certification Level V. Ryan Ulrey, Head Coach Ryan Ulrey was a 1st Team All-Ohio player as a Junior and Senior at Ada High School and went on to play at Ohio Northern University. After graduating from Ohio Northern he was the assistant Coach at Ada high School. Ryan joined the Ohio Extreme coaching staff in 2009. Jenny Vincent, Head Coach Jenny Vincent was a member of the Ohio Northern University Women’s Soccer team from 2003-2006 and graduated with a Bachelors in Athletic Training and Coaching Certification. She was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Boston University for 2 years following her time at ONU. Jenny has a NSCAA National Coaching License. She was named the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Ohio Northern University and joined the Ohio Extreme SC coaching staff in 2010. Eric Worsham, Head Coach Sean Neidemire, Head Coach Sean Neidemire has been coaching youth soccer since 1997 at various levels and age groups. Sean also played since he was 7 years old, mostly as a goalkeeper and grew up playing for a local club team and Elida High School. Sean joined the Ohio Extreme coaching staff in 2010.
